- Take a pressure cooker add in chopped onions and tomatoes and all spices for gravy as mentioned in ingredients above. Add water cover the lid and cook until 2-3 whistles.uncover the lid and cook the gravy until oil separates..
- Besides keep the mins (washed) and beans (chopped) ready. Further pop both mins & beans in the gravy mix well then add 1/2 cup water cover the lid and cook until only 2 whistles then off the flame burner. Lastly uncover the lid and cook until there is no water left and oil separates a layer it’s ready..
- Pop it in a serving bowl and serve immediately with hot chapati or white rice...!.
