- Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds, black pepper seeds, cloves, 1 Bay leaf cinnamon stick, green cardamoms, when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions, ginger and garlic and stir. Cook till onion gets translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Add water and stir and cook for 2 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature..

- Let it simmer on low flame till oil leaves the sides. Now add paneer cubes and 1/2 bowl milk and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cream and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame..
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve with chapatti or rice. I have added 1 piece of chopped beetroot for garnishing..
