- You need 1 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
- You need 2 tbsp of custard powder.
- It's 1 cup of yoghurt (thick).

- You need 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

- To make Caramel, add 1/2 cup sugar with 1.5 tsp water to a pan and heat into medium flame until the sugar is melted completely and it has got a nice golden colour..
- Now transfer the caramelized sugar into a baking bowl and allow to cool for 5 minutes or until the caramelized sugar set completely..
- In a bowl mix 2 tbsp custard powder with 1/4 cup milk without any lumps..
- Further in a large bowl take 1 cup milk, 1 cup thick yoghurt, 1 cup condensed milk, custard powder mix milk and 1 tsp vanilla essence. Whisk and mix until everything is well combined..
- Now pour it into caramelized set bowl..
- Cover the bowl and steam for 30 minutes or until it set completely..
- Cool down completely to room temperature and refrigerate for 2-3 hrs..
- Finally un mould the caramel custard pudding..
