Ingredients of Marble cake

1. Prepare 1 cup of castor sugar(200 gms).
2. It's 1 cup of maida (all purpose flour)(125 gms).
3. It's 1 tsp of baking powder.
4. It's 1 cup of butter(227 gms).
5. It's 3 of eggs (big).
6. Prepare 1/4 cup of warm milk.
7. It's 1/4 cup of cocoa powder.

Marble cake instructions

1. Measure all ingredients, greese and line rectangular cake pan, can use any shape pan you like. Preheat oven.
2. Strain flour bp together 3times.
3. Now beat butter and add sugar gradually till creamy add eggs one by one and add vanilla essence, keep beating for few secs.
4. Add flour gradually and fold with a spatula till all maida /flour is incorporated, if required add lukewarm milk when desired consistency comes than divide this mixture take out 1/4 batter in a bowl and mix coco powder. Pour white batter in cake pan than coco one on top than with a skewer or knife make marble effects on top and deep inside, than tap pan few times and put in preheated oven at 180 for 40_45 mins or until done.
