Ingredients of Rajsthani Gatte Ki Sabzi

- It's 2 cup of besan.
- You need 2-3 tbsp of oil.
- It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.

- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.

- You need 1 of bay leaf.
- It's 1/2 of sliced onion.
- It's 2 tbsp of ginger, garlic and green chilli paste.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- You need of Water as required.

Rajsthani Gatte Ki Sabzi instructions
- Take the bowl add all the ingredients of making gatte and mix it well. Form a dough by mixing in everything together..
- Once you have formed the dough, divide it into equal parts and shape each part into a log. Boil water in pan. Once it comes to a boil add the prepared rolls into it. Boil for around 15 minutes..
- Once it's done take gatte out of water and cut them in 1/2 inch rounds. Then heat the oil in a pan and fry all the gatte till it's turn golden brown..
- Heat the oil in pan add cumin seeds, bay leaf and dry red chilli. After few seconds add sliced onion and fry it for 5 minutes..
- Now add ginger, garlic, green chilli paste and all dry spices and mix it well..
- When the oil separate from the sides of msala add water as required and allow to boil. Once it's stars to boil add fry gatte in it and cover it with lid and cook it on medium flame for 5-6 minutes..
- Now spread coriander leaves and serve it roti or rice. Enjoy!.
