Ingredients of Dahi vade
- Prepare 1 pack of instant mix of vada.
- You need 1 cup of Water.
- You need 1 of small diced onion.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of zeera.
- You need of Oil for frying vada.
- Prepare 1 cup of curd.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
- Prepare of For tempering:-.
- It's 2 of dry red chillies.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of zeera.
- You need of Less than 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds.
- Prepare 10-12 of curry leaves.
- Prepare of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
- It's Pinch of turmeric powder & red chilli powder to sprinkle before tempering.
Dahi vade instructions
- Take a bowl add one pack of vada mix with onion & cumin seeds add water as per instructions around one cup cover it for 10 minutes..
- Besides whisk curd and add salt and 1/2 cup water further add oil in a Kadhai start frying vadas.
- Once they are golden both sides remove it and drop in whisked curd also sprinkle turmeric & red chilli powder gradually prepare all. Lastly do the tempering as shown in picture below..
- Over delicious dahi vadas are ready to relish instantly..
