Ingredients of Dahi vade

  1. Prepare 1 pack of instant mix of vada.
  2. You need 1 cup of Water.
  3. You need 1 of small diced onion.
  4. It's 1/2 teaspoon of zeera.
  5. You need of Oil for frying vada.
  6. Prepare 1 cup of curd.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
  8. Prepare of For tempering:-.
  9. It's 2 of dry red chillies.
  10. You need 1/2 teaspoon of zeera.
  11. You need of Less than 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds.
  12. Prepare 10-12 of curry leaves.
  13. Prepare of Coriander leaves for garnishing.
  14. It's Pinch of turmeric powder & red chilli powder to sprinkle before tempering.

Dahi vade instructions

  1. Take a bowl add one pack of vada mix with onion & cumin seeds add water as per instructions around one cup cover it for 10 minutes..
  2. Besides whisk curd and add salt and 1/2 cup water further add oil in a Kadhai start frying vadas.
  3. Once they are golden both sides remove it and drop in whisked curd also sprinkle turmeric & red chilli powder gradually prepare all. Lastly do the tempering as shown in picture below..
  4. Over delicious dahi vadas are ready to relish instantly..
